24.01.2022 We need to teach our kids the art of ‘stillness’ by me #morning routine How many times do we hear and say I’ve been so busy....as someone who loves to be productive, I get it and I’ve been there.... ...but what are we teaching the next generation? That being busy is more important than being present and still? Racing around is more valued than enjoying our thoughts and our environment? How? Practice stillness with your little ones.... be in nature and focus on the beauty around us settle the thoughts by bringing awareness to the breath look up to the sky and watch the clouds float by.... 20.01.2022 I am always perfectly protected. When fearful thoughts come up it’s usually telling us something. To help little yogis become familiar and not scared, I teach the 3 A’s: Awareness... Acknowledgement Appreciation I’ve been training for a triathalon and the swim is the weakest leg. Fearful thoughts pop up but I practice the 3As and bringing awareness back to the breath. What fears do you’re little yogis chat about?

20.01.2022 ‘Why’ do I teach kids yoga? Life throws us curve balls all the time....but mental resilience and inner strength helps us move forward. Creating space so kids can strengthen their minds at an early age is so important to me....this is my ‘why’.... Today I competed a triathlon and faced an open water swim fear I ‘kinda’ no longer have. Grateful for my movement and mindfulness practice. #teachfromexperiencenottheory
