06.01.2022 Some important news: This is the photo of our future! For some years we have offered Tipperary Estate for sale so we can get on with full time retirement. Haven’t got a sale yet - but looks like we have achieved the next best outcome. We have agreed to lease the vineyard and Cellar Door Restaurant to other local wine industry operators from early next year. We will release their identities later. The process requires us to surrender our wine producer and food operators ...licenses. So no more vintages of Tipperary Estate wine and we must advise of the closure of Pauline’s Pies & Pintxos cafe from end of service, Sunday 23 December this year. We still have stocks of current vintage available to the end of year so contact us or visit if you want to obtain the last bit of the life of Tipperary Estate.
