19.01.2022 96 earrings this weekend ...all made by hand, by me, Kristen! ... Each individual earring has a process: tracing the circle template onto material (trying to find a match is fun!) ... cutting out by hand punching by hand with teeny tiny little moulds to secure the back and front Glue the stainless steel backs on Wait 1-2 days till glue dries Punch each earring onto Tipsy Buttons cards and secure with surgical steel butterfly backs Place each pair in light box and photograph Upload each pair to my Etsy store See more

10.01.2022 Some gorgeous local deliveries this week. I get SUCH a kick out of seeing Tipsy Buttons when I'm out and about. I recently saw 6 people wearing them in one day! School, woolies, doctors surgery, post office and the cafe! And I gave every single person a huge smile (probably a creepy slightly stalker smile to strangers ) I love seeing what you all like to wear, and wear with them! I see people exercising with them in, dressing them up or just every day wear.

10.01.2022 It doesn’t look like much but this is hours of work! My fingers are ready to drop off and I still need to glue the stainless steel backs on! I have a feeling a few pairs won’t make it to my Etsy page this week I have some favourites!! Thanks to the gorgeous Jodie at AJ Bags for the most awesome bag of offcuts this week, I’ve had such a fun time today creating with just some of the material- there are still so many more to make! So grateful for people all over Australia posting me offcuts - I love that they get saved from the bin and I get to have a blast buttoning.

When you make every pair by hand and put so much time and thought into the colours, patterns and setting of earrings - it’s a wonderful feeling when people support your creative hobby THANK YOU So... I’ve had many requests for one last POP UP... SHOP before we leave beautiful Nhulunbuy... SATURDAY Nov 28th 9-12 noon 27 Wuyal Road EFTPOS available $10 a pair Three sizes to choose from: small 12mm, medium 15mm, large 19mm (see pic!) 05.01.2022 Another order being posted off today, this one to QLD This customer requested minimal packaging Love this! I studded two pairs on each card which means I can use the cards for new designs ... I always use brown paper bags for posting, and will use foam which I recycle from any packaging I get- to protect the stud in postage. Love Catherine’s selection

05.01.2022 Orders off around the globe! I love that my creations get to go everywhere in Australia and all over the world. I’ve got two orders this morning heading the the UK and Germany! I’ve had orders go to America, Singapore, Hawaii, Fiji. Despite the shipping delays due to COVID, customers are still getting behind small businesses and supporting us. So grateful and I love knowing these Tipsy Buttons are being loved in so many different locations

04.01.2022 I think that’s enough before I get too carried away or my fingers drop off Now it’s glue time! Once the glue dries after 1-2 days I’ll card these babies up, photograph and upload to my Etsy store I’ll be away on holidays as of next Sunday for three weeks! So I’ll get these uploaded ASAP to allow a couple of days to post/deliver for any orders this week
