20.01.2022 This has been all over the media recently, which I think is a good thing because it is a prime example why a lot of Brokers cringe when someone says they are insured with a company such as Youi. People need to start thinking about the bigger picture when it comes to insurance. It is all well and good to get a really cheap insurance premium but at the end of the day, if the insurer isn't going to pay a claim even if you are well within your rights, or you have to fight tooth and nail to get the service you deserve, then what is the point?
