19.01.2022 We’ve just leased this unit in town which was on the market with another agent for 6 weeks! We’ve managed to show it to show 3 people through the day of getting keys. Then we advertised following getting professional photos the next day, 24hrs later we held the first open home and within 48hrs of advertising we had an application approved!!! This is one VERY happy landlord and in her own words Natisha you are amazing thank you ... No wonder we have a vacancy rate of 0.76%
