20.01.2022 Finishing off the last week of the block with a nice little squat volume PB. Prescribed: 3-6 reps at RIR 2 Felt as though I still had 3-4 more reps in me.... Thanks you for the spot @chrissydask and @jayesh.wadvani. Was half expecting no one to be here on a Saturday morning. Also very happy with how I approached this. Definitely getting better at not letting the number get to my head and instead focusing on executing well. 04.01.2022 One of my happiest moments in my lifting career is when I squatted 200kg for the first time in October 2018. This was is preparation for my first ever comp under the wing of @becchambersfit Since then, we've hit singles at this weight two more times in preparation for other comps.... Safe to say, today marks another milestone. This is the first time I've squatted 200kg for multiple reps. Absolutely love being on this journey to see the capability of my body.
