25.01.2022 T.I.S. Racing would like to wish Nicole Frain the very best of luck as she takes the next exciting step in her Cycling journey. Nicole became an important and much loved member of the St Lukes Health T.I.S. Racing Team just over a year ago. In that time through a mixture of hard work, dedication and talent we have watched her progress into the top level of National Competition. Nicole is our current Senior Womens State Road Champion. Just last week she confirmed her talent ...by finishing 5th in the Tour of Tasmania including a wonderful second place on the final stage. The next day she came out to finish 6th in the Elite Womens Stan Siejka Criterium as the first Tasmanian home. Earlier this year Nicole was racing in Belgium when she was involved in a bad fall. This cut her European visit short. Like all champions she worked her butt off and came back better and faster. Nicole announced she has signed to ride with the Sydney University Womens Team in 2020. We know that she will be an amazing asset for this Team in the NRS and other selected races. T.I.S Racing are a development Team. Under Head Coach Matthew Gilmore and our regional coaches we believe we are the best in the country at preparing and turning out future Champions. See you at a race in 2020 Nicole. See more

In the Elite Womens Metropolitan Criterium Anya took a great win on Saturday. In the Mens Elite Criterium Zack Gilmore also had a great race. Zack got away with a 15 man break which caught and lapped the other forty riders. Daniel Di Domenico was part of the 40 man Peleton. Zack finished a great 5th outright. In Sundays 95km Road race the riders met wind gusts of up to 40kmph. and almost 2000m of climbing. Anya had another day out finishing 4th, unhappy with her climbing legs. Watch out when they kick in. 03.01.2022 Poatina Classic Road Race. Many of our Team Riders Rode this event today in strong cold winds. It will be used in the NRS Tour of Tasmania in two weeks time, so was a great hit out for the riders. Matty Byrne and Josh Duffy both raced the event. Josh has been concentrating on the track and found the going tough today. Matty unfortunately came down heavily in a crash with the unlucky Oliver Martin after a touch of wheels. The Women also rode with the men in the combined 51km ...graded Handicap. Team Leader Nicole Frain ( Pictured ) was a stand out. Climbing strongly Nicole distanced all the men in her grade to take a great victory in C Grade. She was also the first female. Our other three St Lukes Health Ladies Tour Riders Catelyn Turner, Amalia Langham and Lauren Perry all battled through to the finish. Was great to see Lauren finish at the top of this iconic 10.2 km climb. See more
03.01.2022 Another member of our family also had a great day yesterday. Nicole Frain won the 6 Round National Race Series Zwift Championship. Nicole rode at the front of all the rounds and yesterday was a great second place, missing the win by two tenths of a second. This consolidated her overall victory and her first National win. We are very proud of Nicole. We have witnessed her hard work her sacrifices and talent take her to the top. Riding for Sydney Uni Staminade Racing we wish her more success for the remainder of the season and into the future.

02.01.2022 Stan Siejka Criterium was held on Sunday with Riders from all over Australia plus a smattering of Internationals. In the Elite Ladies Race St Lukes Health T.I.S. Racing were represented by Nicole Frain Anya Louw Amalia Langham and Catelyn Turner. Catelyn Amalia and Nicole had just ridden in the Tour of Tasmania which finished the day before, while Anya was back from recent surgery to her ankle. Only 12 Women managed to finish the race with Amalia and Catelyn being among the ...withdrawals. Anya Louw showed it wont be long before she is back to her best. Anya rode really strongly, including getting Nicole back to the peleton on a couple of occasions. Anya finished just outside the top ten. Nicole Frain continued her wonderful form from the Tour, finishing 6th outright and first Tasmanian home. In the Mens Event both Daniel DiDomenico and Matty Byrne came straight off the five day Tour of Tas. They were joined in the field by T.I.S. Rider Josh Duffy. All rode well in the beginning but with the pace being red hot all three failed to trouble the scorer. See more
