24.01.2022 I have noticed my stress has got the better of me. Got my first body scan today ever! And it definitely showed!Not happy how far I fallen. I have got myself prepared mainly food wise and told some of my clients already, in this 8 week challenge starting at the UFC gym balcatta. Everything I have done has influenced the training I have to offer. Come down for a 1 week trial and try our bootcamps or fitness boxing classes! The type of training you will do in the bootcamps is H.I.I.T (high intensity interval training), High intensity resistance training, full body and functional movements to help melt that far off your ...body. After calling the council, scouting around the area I have found a park only 5 mins away from Cockburn shops. Classes will be start next week. A timetable for Tuesday and Thursday classes will be up by Friday

12.01.2022 Brenton Malone one of my best friends since kindergarten. 3 years ago he was my first client and project. Within a few months he went from skinny build, no abs and a smoker. To cold turkey quit smoking, lifting weights, doing Jacobs ladder with me every Sunday 6am in the morning, We go to the point where we were doing Jacobs ladder 10 times in 42-43 minutes (me doing pushups top and bottom) and he even getting into parkour as known as free running, which is running, jumping over and doing flips off objects. Him in the white shirt is before we got started. The last pic is 3 months into our full year of training.

If you never push yourself beyond your limits they will never move. Think of no limit, fear no limit and believe there is no limit. Be limitless!

09.01.2022 A run, 3 rounds burpee thrusters dumbell cleans.. 3 round dumbell plank pulls with situps.. 30 seconds rest between each round. To finish off a the HIIT session these evil ones... two years ago I put this combo of movements together. Tried it on myself for months while training for boxing and towards getting into the armt reserves before giving it to a client and he titled them evils ones so the name stuck.. there is a jump squat variation and regressed versions for people building up their fitness. Give it a go.. let me know how you go

08.01.2022 Hello everyone. I have had several questions asked about my business such as what's in my bootcamps and how much. I will briefly answer those ones now. In the bootcamps is a mixture of H.I.I.T, high intensity resistance training, functional and full body. With all the stuff I have done over my life time I have picked up various different movements, exercises and training styles. I have been in 7 different sports(rugby, hockey, grind iron, kickboxing, boxing, indoor soccer and... martial arts), army reserves for over 2 years and still serving, training with other pts and becoming inventive with movements and exercises, I will try it on myself for weeks to know the exercise and progress it and after that then I give the exercise to my clients. If the session doesn't interest me, I know it won't interest you. You got to have fun! The cost when you sign up it's 50 a week. On sign up you get a nutritional guide so you learn what to eat and when. We will do measurements, weigh in and photos. On average a person goes to the gym/classes 3-4 times a week. If you do the math that weekly cost turns out cheap per class. Another way to look at it, the more you come to train the less it costs per class and the more results you get. I prescribe to everyone come 3 times a week at least to get the result you want. Also you are not locked into any contracts just needing 2 weeks notice before cancelling. I have different payments for FIFO, security, police and ADF members as their shifts vary. I also have casual rates. 07.01.2022 Super proud of my client Jen in 4 weeks losing 4 kgs in fat and cms all across the board on her measurements. Cleaning up her eating habits, coming in with energy and a positive attitude. Jumping in on my strength and hiit program. She found it tough at first but now loves it. I train my clients to get physically and mentally stronger. 06.01.2022 Hey people I know I have been quiet. Things happened.. I had to take up a job doing armed security picking up and dropping off money. But I am back in the fitness industry and working under the UFC gym in balcatta! I'm BACK!

03.01.2022 When a old client contacts you for some training to help get him into the army. All I can do is smile and accept. Jaryd's first try at this type of training. He got it done with sweat and pain. Stores carry to the spot 150 metres with lightly packed gear, tyre flips 50 metres down hill then up, 20 each side tyre sledge hammers, 3rounds 15x cleans. 15x curl press, 15xpushups.. stores carry back. here's to becoming mentally and physically stronger.
