I don’t see the changes myself but my awesome trainer takes photos for me to see the difference. This time it’s a 2 week difference. I’ve been training with Emma @titanium_elite_fitness for around 12 weeks now. I started training when my daughter was 6 weeks old after gaining 40kg during my pregnancy. I have currently lost 20kg so I am half way there. Training with Emma has been exzactly what I needed for myself. Not only are the workouts targeting my every need physically, having Emmas’ intimate gym has been a saviour for my mental health after such a big transition in my life. 04.01.2022 The lunge is one of the most common exercises when working on strengthening the glutes and quads. . However, there are several common mistakes that recreational lifters and athletes demonstrate whilst performing this exercise. The first common mistake is stepping too far or too short. When stepping forward to lunge you should be in a position where your front knee is over your toes throughout the motion. A second common mistake is not maintaining correct alignment of the tor...so throughout the movement. When performing the lunge, the spine should be perpendicular to the floor with the shoulders retracted. This allows for greater stress to be put through the glutes and quads for bigger strength gains. Lastly, your feet should be placed in line with your hips when stepping. This allows for optimum alignment of your hips and knees therefore decreasing the risk of injury ~ See more
