A great way to die in a short period of time airbike, power clean, goblet or jump squats , sit ups, burpees , jump lunge or db clean and press for the one who can’t jump lunge (meee) !! 12.01.2022 but why the bands side note peep that #devineBehind Cropcoming soon This little firecracker @brittanyjmay_ has some amazing strength behind her 60kg back squats are about 60% of her capacity, but she is capable of and always keen to push more for that PB! Adding resistance bands makes the lift heavier and harder at the top of the movement (where the lift usually gets easier as you are mechanically in a stronger body position) , it teaches you to keep braced... during your lift and builds power! In your lift! The bands make you have to push / power out of the hole (bottom of the movement) so you can make it through the lift as the bands add resistance in the top! Opposed to weight being consistent when you hit the strong part of your lift Stick to 60-70% of your max when adding bands and see the difference when you take them off! You will surprise yourself with power out of the bottom of the lift! 11.01.2022 don’t eat carbs don’t eat fat don’t eat meat don’t eat before bed don’t eat big meals ... AND THE LIST GOES ON The best diet.. first and foremost, is the one you can stick too!! We should then of course ensure we are eating the required serves of vitamins and minerals every day, and can delve deeper into your internal health (heart / arteries and gut/ intestines) but first and foremost, the best diet is the one you can adhere too

06.01.2022 GRAM V REALITY initially wanted to post saying how happy I was that I wore a singlet instead of a baggy tee to the gym! Because we all know that feeeling when we worry about what others think and then finally have a cathartic moment of WHO CARES but then I realised the photo I would usually use to post that excited moment looks a little like number 1 & 2 but what I really look like when I’m not posing and haven’t edited the lighting is number 3! Instagram can be literally whatever you make it! Make sure you’re filling your feed with truths, with people who motivate you for the right reasons, not thing that make you idolise a body even the person in the photo doesn’t have, it’s fine to post flattering photos that make you confident, but I want to keep it real as well!



04.01.2022 Always take photos and videos so you can track your progress!!! I was really frustrated with today and my depth on squats until I looked back at my very first session with a prosthetic under a year ago! Let yourself celebrate the wins!!!

03.01.2022 My lazy / time saving meal prep my muscle chef have just protein options! 18 of these here turn into 61 !! Protein portions for me (I get 3 and 4 serves out of just one of some of these). I always prep carbs and proteins separately, not as a whole meal, then I grab a carb and protein and some frozen veges out of the freezer and off I go! So I’ll add rice and some frozen veggies and good to go!! ... it’s not the absolute cheapest option but the ability to break the meals down make it a much cheaper way to buy these pre made meals! the one thing I’ve been struggling with since the amputation is being tirrrrrrred! Super exhausted some times! See more
