21.01.2022 Hey Titans!! I'd like you all to meet Beth, Beth has been a regular client of mine and as you can see, she has really put in the hard yards to get from where she was to where she is now. Before joining the Titan family Beth struggled a lot with Anxiety and Depression and was never motivated and always binged ate. She didn't realise how bad it had gotten until she saw the photo of her from Australia Day 2017 and was twice the size of all her friends. After seeing that, she d...ecided to kick herself into gear by running and doing light exercises. In October, Beth made an amazing decision by joining Jetts Wanneroo and started doing PT sessions with me and joined in on the classes offered and loved it. Beth loved it so much that she now goes to the gym 6 times a week and has lost nearly 8KG!!!!! Let's all congratulate Beth on her achievements as she's more than proved herself to be a true Titan!! 08.01.2022 Hey titans!!! For those who don't know, this here is Dave. Dave has had many tough challenges along the way both physical and mental which eventually led to drugs, alcohol and depression. Whilst most people would give up along the way, Dave has proven himself a true titan who joined up at jetts wanneroo and fought on, pushed through and cleaned up his act. In the photos below, you can see Dave starting at a weight of 95kg which he then dropped to the mid 60's and finally bu...ilt himself back to 73kg lean!!
