Duties: Receptionist duties first point of contact, personal and telephone communication with customers and suppliers, dealing with orders, deliveries, enquiries and complaints. Maintenance of accounts receivable and payable (Supervend and Cashbooks) - invoices, credit notes, statements and end of month reconciliations, including debt collection. Ordering of stock and maintenance of stock records including receipt of goods, reconciliations, credits, stocktake. Maintenance of client histories. Sales - contacting existing and prospective customers. Word-processing - quotations, forms, letters. Daily banking procedures and reconciliations. Payroll. BAS compliance. Reports daily transactions, sales analysis, end of month reconciliations. Hours are approximately 25-30 hours per week (EACH) and pay is above award.
