18.01.2022 Just a update to say I am out of hospital (again!) and feeling much better! Thank you all for your understanding and support with regard to the sudden change in the Sunday sound bath event on December 13th. I truly appreciate your continued attendance and interest in this unique modality of healing and relaxation. ... So as I have been resting and healing I have really felt my exhaustion from this ongoing condition and decided to see the year out with no sound baths to really give myself time to recuperate and be my best for you all next year. In relation to all who booked, I have issued refunds and then offered the date of either January 17th or February 7th- both are Sundays at 4pm to re book. I hope you can all rebook on either off these dates- to come and experience the gorgeous space this presents. Bookings are on TryBooking.com under Sounds of Freedom - and as promised to those who really wanted my album before the launch date (December 13 attendees) the offer is still there to order this (plus P&H) . 02.01.2022 Listening to this song just now there was a strong Feeling to share this video I did before the latest sound bath.. the mantra is from my old days when I was a practicing catholic and at church these words were said or sung and evoked a sense of forgiveness. Even now they affect me deeply as I wrote this version about 6 months ago .. the power of deep and whole forgiveness feels releasing and so freeing to sit in. Forgiveness to others- to self- to a situation... the energy is one and the same... is there a situation now that you feel needs releasing into this energy? Maybe as you listen- Close your eyes and Feel the potential release.. much love
