25.01.2022 Government House 2019 I have been fortunate in 2019 to be at Government House a few times this year. I was at the launch of Nonna's Cucina - Made with Love, Sha...red With Joy new name on the 24th of July. A great Italian meals delivery service. I had a photo with Lan Le (the Governor’s wife), she was kind enough to take us on a tour of Government House. I even got to sit in the chair that the Queen sat in when she visited Adelaide in the 60’s. Other events we had a mobile cool room there for Study Adelaide on 25th of October. We also had a 2 door fridge for Mix 102.3’s Greatest Game of Backyard Cricket for Childhood Cancer Association on the 28th of November. As this decade is coming to end, I hope it has been a successful journey for everyone through the good an the bad in the last 10 years. 25.01.2022 Last couple of weeks we have had some of our equipment on hire. The Calvary Flora McDonald Retirement took our trailer mounted combination cool room & freezer room. Which has been rolling from one job to another to another. Peppers Waymouth Adelaide have taken a trailer mounted cool room, trailer mounted freezer room, and our 20 Tray Blast Chiller. They are providing accommodation for travellers who must quarantine for 2 weeks. Westpack Call Centre had a trailer mounted free...zer on site during their repairs. More mobile freezer rooms going out tomorrow and next week for repairs. 24.01.2022 Wok On Wheels Introducing our new member of the hire family, our 3 burner wok. Converted to LPG in conjunction with our certified TJ gas trolley. Will be in use at the "Lucky Dumpling Market" over the next few weeks.

19.01.2022 Dish Washing Station at the Museum If you need to clean a lot of dishes for your next event why not hire our dish washing station. With the already popular dish... washing shipping container 20FT, this is great addition to our dish washing fleet in smaller scale. It has an inlet bench, an exit bench, pre-rinse spray arm with hot water and a pass through dish washer. It is on wheels so we can place wherever you want. This the second time the Museum has used the dish washing station and the caterer was extremely happy as they saved an extra 2 staff members by using the dish washing station and not cleaning the dishes by hand. We also had a 2 door fridge for the bar, and a mobile cool room to keep the drinks and food cold. We are slowly aiming to be a 1 stop shop for the catering hire business. Also 7 of our troops were ready for the Bird in Hand concert 2019. Our newest family member is 7.2 metre trailer, with a 5 metre box. It has an intermediate door and 2 rooms. As we were leaving they were stacking boxes of Bird in Hand sparkling and wines into our new room. Their requirement was to ha...ve all electrical appliances. They came into our workshop, had a look at what they needed, made a booking, and I emailed them all of the electrical specifications of our equipment. They were able to get a generator to suit. Just a couple of weeks ago at the Superloop 500 we had a couple of our temporary kitchen containers behind the main stage, used by the catering company that were in charge of feeding the all the main acts.
