Please make sure your appointments are in your own diaries, your appointment is your own responsibility and whilst I do usually send reminders, I run a tight ship at home with a toddler so I can’t always be there to remind everyone! 08.01.2022 PRICE INCREASE 2021 Hello, As of 1st February 2021, TJC Grooming Studio is adjusting the prices of all grooming packages for exisiting clients. The new pricing is effective immediately for new clients. ... I feel that this reflects the care and quality of the services I provide. Expenses rise yearly and the up keep of grooming supplies is continuously going up. I have not raised my prices In over 5 years but I feel I need to implement this small raise now to continue providing my premium service to you and your fur babies. I am and will continue to be competitive with my pricing, and I will continue to expand my knowledge and experience as the years go on. Thank you for entrusting me to take care of your furry friends. The connection we create between dog and groomer through regular grooming sessions makes this job well worth the hard times. I understand that this price increase may result in you needing to go elsewhere and If you feel that you can no longer attend your appointments please do let me know ASAP. Please see below the new prices which will come into affect for existing clients on the 1st Feb 2021. I will be in touch with you soon to confirm what your new grooming price will be as some prices may differ due to the dogs individual requirements. 01.01.2022 Hi guys, Christmas is just around the corner and as we enter the busiest time of the year I’d like to pop a little reminder out for anyone with a grooming appointment in December. If you are a regular client, then you will most likely have a booking between now and the 23rd of December. *if you do not know when your appointment is, PLEASE message me so I can send you the correct date and time if you have since booked a holiday and are going to be away when your appointment... is booked please let me know now. Bookings for the new year will open very soon, I’m hoping by the end of next week I will have all of that ready. A no show/cancellation fee (within 24hrs of booking) will be enforced during December. I appreciate your understanding and am looking forward to giving your doggies one last pamper before we say goodbye to 2020! Toneal x
