17.01.2022 I hope everyone enjoyed the long weekend! A friendly reminder that I will be taking a much needed break and holiday to visit some family from the 24th of April - 3rd of May. If you have an appointment during this time and haven’t been contacted regarding this, get in touch!

07.01.2022 A few housekeeping rules (pun definitely intended) to make everything run a bit smoother. Please know I am super understanding of cancellations and late payments, however the longer I let it slide the more money I lose. Thankyou again for your trust and understanding Tayla ... TERMS & CONDITIONS Payment Payment must be made ON THE DAY of your clean Cash or bank transfer accepted Any payments made after 24 hours will incur in a $10 late fee. If you are unable to pay for your clean please reschedule your appointment Cancellations Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your appointment will incur in a $20 cancellation fee. I am very understanding that things pop up or you or your household may fall ill, however I need adequate time to reschedule my day and fit other clients in if need be. If you fail to cancel and I show for an appointment and no one is home/ no key is left this will also incur in a fee to cover travel costs. Extras As most of you know I am more than happy to do extras for you on top of your normal clean, however please make sure that what you’re asking is reasonable in the allocated time I have in your house. I will always be able to add on extra time to your appointment if you notify me beforehand. Products and equipment I always provide my own products and equipment although I am always willing to use your personal products if that’s that you prefer. Please note that my insurance only covers the products I bring into your home if any damage is caused, it will not cover the products you ask me to use so please ensure they are safe to use.
