23.01.2022 Two weeks until gyms open, but months until winter finishes. If you've been enjoying staying inside during these cold Autumnal days and not having to brave the cold to do your workouts then get into some on-line training in the comfort of home. Here is my on-line fitness/stick mobility timetable for the week beginning 24th April 2020 But I don't have any Sticks? No problem just ask me and we can discuss how to get some loan sticks or how to purchase some.
