23.01.2022 Always start your day finding things you are grateful for, when you do this each and every single day over time it will re program your neurology to see more positives. Because by focusing on what you want rather then what you don’t want you take yourself from the effect side of your life to the cause side of your life! But don’t forget to acknowledge when you have created something magical in your life, so it keeps continuing that cycle .

07.01.2022 When I was younger and looked at the grown ups, I thought I had to be drunk to be happy, because that's what I saw them do, they were miserable in general, but ...when they were drinking all of a sudden they seemed happy. So it's easy to believe that Alcohol (or drugs) made them happy, but actually the opposite was true. It only suppresses the unhappiness that they are feeling, and it comes out stronger and worse at some other time. It took me a while to figure this out, lol. And I realized that if I wanted to be really happy, I had to look at all those stories that were still playing in my subconscious mind, and make peace with them, there are lots of stories, but I'm slowly but surely working my way through all of them, and can feel how more relaxed and happier I am becoming. It's just the Best feeling, and basically, there is no other way to achieve that. You can distract yourself with exercise, stretching, meditation, be creative, change your diet (and I recommend that you do all those things), but to make peace within yourself, you have to change your stories and how you feel about them. It's actually quite a beautiful process. That's one of my goals, to help people change their story, and i feel it's a process that takes more than just one treatment, it's a journey in itself to change our story. I feel that massage, reiki and my transformational healing sessions are all needed in that process. Give yourself a year with me, 10 to 15 treatments, and make sure we have a goal to begin with, and you will be amazed by what we can achieve together. Book a transformational healing session with me and we take it from there. I am working as a mobile massage therapist servicing the Gold Coast and Tweed Heads. The transformational healing therapy is done online. You receive all this healing in the comfort of your home. Bookings online through this link. https://www.fresha.com//mf-remedial-massage-and-natural-he Wishing you a beautiful week, and lots of joy and happiness.
