24.01.2022 Step by step tong making. Can't get a quicker way than this method for a simple pair. Start with straight steel rod, bend in half, twist, flatten, pin, cut the end open, done. Tim.

18.01.2022 Comparison between early hand painted etched artwork and current ones. I'm very happy with the results and am now taking orders for this style of knife from $200 each. Single bevel Japanese style, with etched mountain scenery on the flat side. Can be customised, and option for display sheath/stand also available. 03.01.2022 Just finished these two Santoku kitchen knives. The top one is my standard type with contoured handle for either left or right hand, and bench block sheath. The bottom one is customised. Slim D-shaped handle for right handed use, and selected wood for the portable sheath (Saya), complete with wooden peg to keep the blade secured.
