Choi explains the c...rossing of hands for the inner forearm block, how toes should face 15deg inwards and walking stance back leg to face 25 deg inwards. Gen. Choi also uses his hands and even bends down to show the correct way. Never using his legs to correct. See more

06.01.2022 Gen.Choi last International Seminar April 2002. SGM Phap Lu CHITF President was there to assist Gen. Choi. Even though Gen. Choi was gravely ill diagnosed with stomach cancer he still took the floor to instruct. A true legend indeed, much respect from all of us.

03.01.2022 1996 Seminar at Lai Taekwon-Do gym St. Albans. Gen.Choi demonstrates Dan Gun techniques & how to do continuous action. Many beginning students find it difficult to do, hope this demo by the founder helps in understanding how it is done.
03.01.2022 CHITF Australia has agreed to pay members Insurance from 29th. Sept. 2020 to 29th. Sept. 2021. due to the difficult year of 2020 where some members had to suspe...nd classes from March of 2020. Very likely that classes in Melbourne will not be able to operate as usual for this year. When we are allowed to gather in groups of 10 or more we will conduct training sessions in the park near my home as the weather is getting warmer now. See more
02.01.2022 RMIT CHITF training shots. It has been a long while for our club members to have gone without training ie. from mid February 2020 of this year. Most probably training will only start back next year Feb. 2021 so all in all more than a year of no training. We will come back stronger next year but in the meantime keep up your training and fitness.
