20.01.2022 Dear Parents, Per the requirements of NSW Government, from Monday 23rd November all students will need to check in to our centres using the appropriate QR Code. This means there will be some changes to our check-in procedure.... 1. All students MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian to the check-in area. Unaccompanied children will not be allowed to attend class. 2. Parents MUST scan the QR code and check in using the Service NSW App. 3. The confirmation screen MUST be shown to a staff member, who will mark each child off the roll as confirmation is shown. 4. Students MUST sanitize their hands and have their temperature checked before entering the training area. For this process to run smoothly, we ask all parents to please download the Service NSW App on a smartphone or other device prior to visiting our centre. Please note that students who are unable to check in following the procedure above WILL NOT BE PERMITTED ENTRY. After 30th November 2020, parents will be required to individually sign in each student on the app, using the QR Code displayed at our centre. Confirmation for each child must be shown to a staff member, who will mark the child off on our roll. If you have any questions regarding these procedures, please feel free to contact our team via email. We thank you for your understanding and co-operation. Kind Regards, TAEKWONDO WORLD
