In addition, a wonderful range of handmade original jewellery, cards and unframed paintings, ready to be framed, will be on display.

10.01.2022 JUST ANNOUNCED: Congratulations to the winner of the 2021 #ArchibaldPrize, Peter Wegner for his portrait of artist Guy Warren AM, titled 'Portrait of Guy Warr...en at 100'. A six-time Archibald Prize finalist, Wegner painted 100-year-old Warren the Archibald Prize winner for 1985 coinciding with the 100-year anniversary of the Archibald Prize. ‘I have been working on a series of drawings of people who have turned 100, beginning with my Aunty Rita seven years ago. I’ve gone on to draw more than 90 centenarians. I chose to paint him because he is one of the most incredible centenarians l have ever met. To win with this portrait of Guy, is an amazing feeling. This portrait honours Guy Warren in the 101st year of his productive and meaningful life.’ Peter Wegner The portrait is on display in the Archibald, Wynne and Sulman Prize exhibition, opening tomorrow, Saturday 5 June at 10am alongside the landmark #Archie100 exhibition. 09.01.2022 Come Join us for a family day out at The Toukley Art & Craft Fair on the 7th November 2020. A perfect time to buy Christmas gifts for those special people in your life. We have a wonderful variety of stalls, the Gallery and Gallery Café will be open. There’s a children’s playground so fun for the whole family. 06.01.2022 A huge turnout at the Toukley Art & Craft Fair. A joint effort by TADAS and TLAS. The rain stayed away and by the looks of it a good time was had by all, including the pelicans. Congratulations! A busy weekend continues with the Fab Fakes SIlent Auction still in progress - open all weekend and weekdays from 10 to 3pm at The Red Tree Theatre, 160 Pacific Highway, Wyong. Lot's of bargains to be had!

03.01.2022 The TLAS Academy's first Artfest is now open! Launched last night by honoured guest Janine Gibbs CEO of the Elderslee Foundation. Drop in over this weekend - open from 10 to 4pm. There's some great art on show and for sale plus outdoor stalls with more art and handcrafts. CWA Hall, 1 Pacific Street, Long Jetty.
