Discussions on our own mortality and what happens to us when we leave this world is not a subject the any of us are comfortable with despite the fact that we all must face it and come to terms with it. What is more difficult is the loss of a loved one and learning to adjust and live our lives with out those that we have come to be so familiar with. It all began four generations ago in 1883 when Thomas Stephen Burstow left the Burstow family home in England and emigrated to Australia when his family home was converted into a Tavern.
