22.01.2022 This was today’s quick workout. ~50 - 100 - 150 fast box steppers ~10 - 20- 30 x DB burpee presses ~10 - 20- 30 x Slam Balls ... ~10 - 20 - 30 x Sit-ups ~10 - 20 - 30 x Pushups So for example the first round is 50 Fast Steppers, 10 x DB Burpees, 10 x Slam Balls, 10 x Sit-ups, 10 x Pushups then up to the next number on the next round. If you’re feeling super keen add more rounds, Liam woke up so I only did these 3 rounds. But it got my heart rate up and it’s always good to move the body daily. Also if don’t have weights for the shoulder presses, just do it without weights and change them to chest to floor burpees, and without a slam ball - change it to Squat Thrusts or Glute Bridge Raises. Child or animals swing at the end of each round are optional Seriously how cute is Lyla in her frozen dress, she’s such a beautiful little girl always joining in on my workouts. I currently have tennis elbow (If anyone has had this you’ll feel my pain!!) so I can’t do any upper body for a while, which can be really frustrating, but do I just give up and not train at all- NO! I work with what I CAN do.. I can’t do full chest to floor burpees but I can modify like this.. please don’t let injuries stop you from moving everyday. ... 11.01.2022 9 months in - 9 months out. How amazing is the female body, forever grateful my body grew two beautiful little humans. Everyone’s postpartum journey is different, I know going from one to two children was much more challenging to find the time for myself, but I always make the time to get into my TLC studio and workout, sometimes I have both kids with me and I have to stop 100,000 times for things the kids need, the workout may be 15 mins to 40 mins, depends how demanding... the kids are! But I get in there and I do something, I make the effort no matter how tired I am (and with 2 kids, it is a new level of tiredness!) to move my body each and everyday, it’s not always a gym workout, some days it’s just a brisk walk, or a home yoga workout, but it is so important not only for my physical health but for my mental health. 06.01.2022 This equipment has had the dust on it for far too long. FINALLY this week the dust is getting dusted off with 1-2 or 2-2 Personal Training outdoor sessions. I have missed all my TLC crew and all the fun we have in our sessions. Won’t be the same not group training but at this point I’ll take what I can get! ... 02.01.2022 REAL TALK, I’ve been working in the fitness industry for over 10 years now. And while I’m So passionate about the industry and think it mainly speaks a wonderful message, there is also a lot of non real people out there who serve as role models, in particular for females. It came to me last week while running a group PT session and some of the girls mentioned as if you have any giggle on your body Tiff it made me think.. hang on, I’m human and I’m like EVERYONE else, I d...on’t want my clients, friends, family, people who follow me on social media, and especially my daughter to think I am any different to anyone else. We need to try and remove this perfect body imagine from the world. The female body is amazing, EVERY BODY is amazing and beautiful, no matter what size, shape or colour. I want to see more images and videos of people as real not photoshopped, I want people to come to my page to feel inspired to move there bodies for the benefit of being healthy and strong, not skinny! I’m in awe of my body, it carried and birthed two beautiful humans, it’s not the same as it was before (especially by boobs ) I carried my children, but I didn’t expect it to be, I’m happy, I appreciate this vessel each and everyday for carrying me through life healthy, I respect it. We all need to respect ourselves, don’t pick on yourself, focus on what you do have, not what you don’t. What are we teaching our children, that skinny is beautiful? You know what is truly beautiful? - being kind, all I want is my children to be kind and good humans, that’s what important. Be kind guys, this is free and it is what makes this earth a beautiful place, a place I want my children to live in. Don’t define yourself or your self worth on how you look..
