11.01.2022 Remembrance Day is observed on 11 November in most countries to recall the end of hostilities of First World War on that date, in 1918. It honours the sacrifice and loss of those who have served during wartime to defend our freedom and democracy. Many of our residents at TLC Aged Care either served or have family and friends who have served. The story of Remembrance Day is one of service and care for each other. It is this story with which the TLC community connects to the... ethos and meaning of Remembrance Day through our Mission and Values. This has been epitomised throughout this year as we have worked tirelessly to keep our residents, patients and each other safe and well. Lest We Forget.
