20.01.2022 Been over 3 years in the making but TLM Diesel in Sapphire on the gem fields can now service large hydraulic cylinders with ram bench 1.0. We can service rods up to 3.7m long on heavy machinery to correct torque specs. This job is a little tilt cylinder on a D8L with more upgrades and tooling on the way for the bench, call in if you need one done.

The Torrent 700 parts cleaning system uses hot cleaning fluid at 700psi to clean parts very quickly and efficiently with no mess in the shop or to the operator. It is a valuable addition to the rebuild room and Ram bench area to turn jobs around faster. Look forward to many years of service from it

07.01.2022 Spending the holidays giving our own car a major 200 000km service, valve set, intake EGR clean out, removed both radiators to clean bugs out of them, air con service, belts and water pump. Trouble free motoring is earned!

02.01.2022 Some progress shots of the new field service trailer we are building for TLM. It will be a 3.2t rated flat top running independent coil suspension with parallel wheel bearings and Landcruiser 60 series rims. Has an integrated crane mount built in and heavy duty construction. The goal is off road ability with a smooth ride to protect the tooling. More posts to follow as it progresses.
