25.01.2022 This seemed apt today as many people are facing new challenges with the recent lockdown changes. If you were already only surviving and managing what was on your plate, you are probably more overwhelmed now. Well I saw this little gem the other day, and it really resonated. So I’m going to look for the oppportunities with these extra challenges and be open to solutions and happy surprises. I’m not going to focus on obstacles, even if my logic mind can’t fathom a solution to everything at the moment. There’s always a spiritual solution to every problem. We just need to surrender and elevate our energy to the universal life force that supports us all. YOU are writer of your story, YOU create your reality. What will yours be during this stricter lockdown?

13.01.2022 Well it has been a roller-coaster year, and probably not the year we all imagined, but as we get closer to Christmas, I hope you can reflect on the blessings that the challenges that 2020 brought to you, and have had some moments of clairty that can propel you froward as we prepare for 2021. Next year can be hard to envision for many, as we have seen from 2020 just how much plans can be thrown out the window. However, I do hope that with all that you have experienced, the gif...t of living in the present has been discovered, and showed you that when we are present, and let go of plans, that we can truly surrender to the spirit. I wish you a most wonderful Christmas, and for those who are still struggling, may there be some light ahead. Today is the summer solstice, and I think it is a magical time of year to welcome back the sun, the light, and hopefully sew some seeds of powerful intentions for the life you wish to create. I will be enjoying this time to be with family, and disconnect. I will be back on Thursday 14th January, for those wishing to book for reiki. Love & Light, Tanya

13.01.2022 I know a lot of us are in survival mode at the moment. Things can be very challenging with so much going on! However, in spirit of focusing on what we wish to create, I encourage you to focus on thoughts of health and well-being. It is so important to think healthy, if we want to be healthy. When we focus our intentions in this way, we also orientate our minds to making healthier choices, that promote self-care and healthy living. These are some affirmations I use, from the great Louise L Hay, a pioneer in our thoughts healing us and our lives... maybe they will inspire you!

12.01.2022 Despite disheartening news today, we must keep our minds focused on what we wish to create in our own world. I find myself getting too focused on numbers and COVID news, I know I’m not alone there. Lockdown makes it hard to not keep up with COVID times and talk about COVID related news with our friends and families. Yet, wisdom tells us that we attract, expand and create where we put our energy. So, for now, instead of focusing on the crisis, challenge yourself to focus on the blessings, and the reality you actually wish to create! I want my reality to be focused on love, connection, family, friends, health, peace, and caring for each other, and our planet!

08.01.2022 A New Earth Reality Day 163 Lack of trust. Something that I am noticing that is causing a great deal of discord amongst friends, families and people in genera...l is the need to be right and the need for proof. Due to thousands of years of relying on outside authorities to tell us what to think and what to do, we have lost the art of inner knowing of truth through our energetic response to any and all information we are exposed to. In the New Earth we are moving into of a higher state of conscious awareness, we will not rely on another to show us that something is true or that something is aligned with our highest good for growth and expansion. This will be our natural ability that we will trust implicitly. Right now, I filter every piece of information through my energy body that will then give me a response of high frequency or not and I have learned to trust that over and above any outside source. If you cannot give up your need to be right, you cannot raise your vibration to a higher frequency and your journey to the 5D realm of existence will remain out of reach. In the New Earth Reality there is no right or wrong, there are only infinite possibilities aligned with energetic frequencies of expanded consciousness, and there will not be an attachment to outcomes. Acceptance for what is and openness of what might be allows for a flexible, fluid ease and grace not possible in the old crumbling third dimensional reality we have been trapped in for so long. Time to trust our gut instinct, the headquarter of truth within every individual. The solar plexus chakra is the gateway to guide you out of the old into the new. The more I use my inner guidance, the louder it has become and the more it steers me through turbulent waters to a calm, peaceful and gentle transition into the next phase of my knowing. At present I spend my days doing research by listening to information from people who I resonate with, but then it is always filtered through my feeling body and even then, I am not attached to it being an absolute because I know that with every millisecond things can and often change. Therefore, my focused intent is to be open to information and ask for the highest possibility for the good of all with this or something better. When I open myself to always be ready to experience and receive something better, I am always surprised how good it really can be as it is always better than I could have imagined. I have a vague knowing of where we are heading as a humanity, but I also know that I can’t even imagine how good it will eventually be when we come out of these days of darkness. What I do know is that if I allowed any of my energy to be drawn into drama and the struggle between right and wrong, I will not get to a better world of peace, harmony, love and higher consciousness. Humans are totally dependent on the feedback of their friends, siblings, parents, teachers, coworkers, bosses, and everyone els...e with whom they come into contact. Every decision we make is done with the hope of some level of acknowledgment that we’ve added value. Every one of us still craves the ripple of appreciation. It’s our external validator that we are connected to and making a difference in the lives of others. If we don’t receive that validation, it can scar us forever and when you don’t follow the ripple of appreciation, it can wound another eternally as well. #mindyourripple rp @thirdeyethoughts
