19.01.2022 Meet John, who started his career as a draftsman in 1970 late joining TL Engineering as a Purchasing Estimator almost 23 years ago. Originally from Sydney, he introduced Navision to the company. As part of his job, he gets to interact with the suppliers daily. Outside of work, he likes gardening, watching movies, spending time with his family and two dogs. His favourite travel destination is Italy because of its people and history. 19.01.2022 Meet Shayne, who started his career with TL Engineering 11 years ago as an Apprentice. Today he is an Operations Manager for the Truck Division. He says that there's always pressure to get vehicles out on time, but delegating with the right people at the right time makes it easier. One piece of advice that he gives all the new apprentice is "Learn as much as you can in your apprenticeship because it goes too quickly". On the weekends, he likes staying active, going to the be...ach, playing footy and surfing.
