25.01.2022 Request for Handyman skills Hi, My name is Allyson Hauser and I used to run a youth group along with Keith Stiller called "Friday Friends' which was held in Bethany Hall many moons ago. One of the activities we did as a youth group was to creatively paint the billiard table cover.... The billiard table is no longer but I wondered if the table top could be made into 4 tables for use in the hall??? and wondered if your group would be interested in doing this task? The table top lives in the Bethany Hall and is available for viewing. I would be glad to pay for table legs or anything else used in this task. -- Thanks, Allyson Hauser

17.01.2022 HELPING HAND. My wife organised a hamper raffle to be run at her work for Mother’s Day. With the support of her work colleagues in supporting this, she raise...d enough money to purchase food for the needy, which will be distributed with help through our church. There is a large number of people in the background who go out each day and week to do this service for no recognition, and I would like to say ,THANK YOU, for the work that you do graciously. 12.01.2022 Some info from our Brothers on the north side Shed happens Murrumba Downs Monday 2 Nov Finally Shed Night is back on face to face. 6:30-8:30 at the Living Faith Primary School at Murrumba Downs. $10 for a great burger and drink or $15 if you want to eat two or three burgers. We’ll pull chairs out of the building and set them up outside to listen to some great interviews again. Please follow Covid restrictions and we will have a great night. ... The lifting of further restrictions by the Government has allowed us to return as a fellowship group for one night only under a COVID safe environment. A BBQ meal will be served, and we hope to have a guest speaker join us as well. More details to come soon...... 01.01.2022 I think it is a good time for a reprint! One night I dreamed a dream. As I was walking along the beach with my Lord. Across the dark sky flashed scenes from my life.... For each scene, I noticed two sets of footprints in the sand, One belonging to me and one to my Lord. After the last scene of my life flashed before me, I looked back at the footprints in the sand. I noticed that at many times along the path of my life, especially at the very lowest and saddest times, there was only one set of footprints. This really troubled me, so I asked the Lord about it. "Lord, you said once I decided to follow you, You'd walk with me all the way. But I noticed that during the saddest and most troublesome times of my life, there was only one set of footprints. I don't understand why, when I needed You the most, You would leave me." He whispered, "My precious child, I love you and will never leave you Never, ever, during your trials and testings. When you saw only one set of footprints, It was then that I carried you."
