03.01.2022 On Tuesday night, Station 256 members had a visit from the Fire and Rescue NSW BA Hazmat trailer and engaged in some refresher training on our breath...ing apparatus and working with low visibility. As you can see, visibility in a smoke filled room is very low. The equipment, whilst making our environment workable, is heavy and bulky. This combined with the adrenalin, stress, flames, heat and danger of a fire can make an incident all the more challenging.
