21.01.2022 New ONLINE CLASS TIMES until further notice. TAEKWONDO Monday & Wednesday - 5.30pm - 7.00pm (this will be a combined live/online class)... CARDIO KICKBOXING Monday to Friday - 9.30am - 10.10am (this will be a combined live/online class) Students who are back to class and have paid fees to their Instructor are welcome to train online as well. 03.01.2022 If you have attended any online classes since the lockdown then please get online tomorrow Friday 12th 5pm for warm ups, 5.30pm training, 6.15pm Black Belts. I need to confirm names for the special certificates that will be presented soon. Cardio ladies and Ninjas should jump on too.
