Like before if you drink dont drive and if you drive dont text. Set your goals for 2017 and see if you can achieve them. Write them in a book and at the end of 2017 have a look to see if you passed or came close to achieving what you set at the begininv of 2017.....

16.01.2022 2017 is going to be a big year. New year, New Dojo and new classes.... We have a new kickboxing class starting on Wednesday's called LWKB ( little warriors kickboxing ) ages from 8 to 12, this class starts at 6 pm.

Sat 16 March our very own Kyle stepping into the ring for the first time let's all show our support wish him well and come along for his first fight. Tickets are now available. General admission is $60 ringside is $70 and then you have VIP which is 150 but includes 3 course dinner also includes beer, wine,soft drinks and fruit platter.... see sensei john for more info and tickets ...oh and almost forgot to mention there is an awesome fight card on the night and it just keeps getting better full of kickboxing action to satisfy everyone bring freinds make a night of it it will be a great night out
