08.01.2022 New ONLINE CLASS TIMES until further notice. TAEKWONDO Monday & Wednesday - 5.30pm - 7.00pm (this will be a combined live/online class)... CARDIO KICKBOXING Monday to Friday - 9.30am - 10.10am (this will be a combined live/online class) Students who are back to class and have paid fees to their Instructor are welcome to train online as well. Students only training online should pay their online fees through the shop. Go here
