15.01.2022 New ONLINE CLASS TIMES until further notice. TAEKWONDO Monday & Wednesday - 5.30pm - 7.00pm (this will be a combined live/online class)... CARDIO KICKBOXING Monday to Friday - 9.30am - 10.10am (this will be a combined live/online class) Students who are back to class and have paid fees to their Instructor are welcome to train online as well. Students only training online should pay their online fees through the shop. Go here

14.01.2022 Important Update for all Toogee CQ students and families: First and foremost, Toogee Martial Arts is a family club and the health and well being of our students and their families is our first priority. After much discussion and deliberation, we have decided that it is in the best interests of our students and their families that we suspend all classes in the CQ Region, effective immediately.... This includes all standard and extra classes as well as the grading that was to be held this Saturday 21st March. We are hopeful that this suspension will only be short term and we will be constantly monitoring the situation and any new information as it comes to hand. Both Sabumnim Amanda and myself want to ensure you all we will be doing everything we can to get back to our regular class training schedules as soon as we are able. This decision has not been made lightly, however we strongly feel it is the right thing to do to help protect our Toogee family and our local communities from the chance of spreading the COVID-19 (Coronavirus). Sabumnim Amanda and myself are currently investigating the option of holding classes via video link to ensure that students can continue their training and we will advise any options in the coming days. Grand Master Frost will also be looking to hold classes by video link from Newcastle and we will advise you all of the details once that is confirmed. As always, Sabumnim Amanda and I will be available to message/call should you have any questions. We thank you for your patience and understanding and hope to back to our regular schedule shortly. 13.01.2022 What a topsy-turvy year 2020 has been! It started out out great for TMA Gladstone and then we - along with the entire world - hit the brakes real quick! COVID-19 has impacted us all in many different ways, including entire states being locked down and all training centres having to close to minimise any chance of infections. Thankfully, here in Gladstone we have been pretty lucky with minimal effects of COVID impacting our region. Grand Master Robert Frost and Instructors hos...ted online training sessions which helped keep students in training throughout the lockdown period, and quite a few strudents took advantage of the available training when possible. Here in Gladstone, we were able to resume regular classes in July and the students have been working hard towards their upcoming grading. Unfortunately we lost a couple of students due to COVID, but we have also gained a quite a few new students, so our class is coming along strongly :) This coming weekend, CQ Region students will sit for their grading and I am confident that all will do fantastically. Both Sabumnim Amanda and myself are very proud of the effort you have all put in. Remember to keep the level of effort up throughout the grading day and I am sure you will all do very well. 07.01.2022 That’s right, we’re back! As of tonight (Thursday 9th July), Toogee Martial Arts - Gladstone are back to regular scheduled classes every Monday & Thursday night at 6:30pm. We can’t wait to see you all and are looking forward to being able to get back into training with you again!... 03.01.2022 Aaand that’s a wrap folks! 2020 is done for TMA Gladstone. Tonight we had a little breakup party but unfortunately a couple of students weren’t there due to being away or at work. A good time was had by all. Just like to again thank my students and their families for their support throughout a very odd year and I’m looking forward to charging in to 2021 with all of you.
