24.01.2022 A few changes to start and finish times

17.01.2022 Hi All, We have had 2 weeks of online classes now and have been successful. Here is the timetable on what's to come this week. All current student should be joining in on at least the nights that you would normally train! ( white belts to Black Belts ) You will all need to go to our new website toogeemartialarts.com go to the online shop, select " Online Classes " where you will be able to select the option that you would like and pay. Online Gradings. This round of grading s...tudents will be able to apply to do an online grading with GM Frost. To be eligible to apply, fees need to be up to date to March ( These should have been paid at the start of March and have been updated today), enrol in the online classes and continue to train at least on the nights that you normally would. Can Students or their Parents please like this post so I know you have seen it so I can chase up those who haven't. 08.01.2022 New ONLINE CLASS TIMES until further notice. TAEKWONDO Monday & Wednesday - 5.30pm - 7.00pm (this will be a combined live/online class)... CARDIO KICKBOXING Monday to Friday - 9.30am - 10.10am (this will be a combined live/online class) Students who are back to class and have paid fees to their Instructor are welcome to train online as well. Students only training online should pay their online fees through the shop. Go here

07.01.2022 One of the great things about Martial Arts ( and Yoga ) is that you can always practice on your own and try to perfect the techniques you know. I have had 2 wee...ks out in the bush, and of a morning have been down in the brook on the rocks training then up on the grass and run through all the Black Belt Patterns up to 4th Dan. Have you been training? Been doing the online classes? Online Gradings will be open soon, don't miss the opportunity to progress to your next grade.
