22.01.2022 For those coming to class on Thursday evening here is a few more details about how it will work on top of the previous post. The Kids class will finish strictly at 6pm and parents and students are to be out of the hall no later the 6:15pm. Those coming to the later class you are to wait outside until you are told you can come in by an Instructor or Team Leader ONLY! You are not to wait at the door, leave plenty of room for those students leaving. ... Instructors and Team Leaders ONLY ARE allowed to enter the hall at anytime to assist where needed all else are to wait outside until that are told it's OK to enter. Please remember anyone who comes into the hall must write their name on the sheet at the entrance. After the 28 days have passed I will file them in my fire.

13.01.2022 Grading results will be handed out tonight at the start of class. There is a few who haven't paid for their grading, I did and let you go. If you want your results you need to pay the $60 grading fee to me BEFORE class.

12.01.2022 Yes we are back, 6pm Tuesday 18th August at 6pm at St Mary's Primary School Hall. There are some conditions of entry that are required so can we all work together to adhere to them. Remember these are the conditions of entry and not my rules so I cannot do much about them. Hand sanitiser will be near the entry to the hall for people to use, there will also be a clipboard with an attendance sheet for each person to sign in and out. Parents if you come into the hall you need t...o put your name down too. To keep the numbers down in the hall, parents are asked to drop their kids off rather then stay ( where practicable. ) Students are to arrive dressed ready to go - toilets are not to be used for this reason other then where it's not practicable to do so, like you live at Ellerston or Stewarts Brook. Only the disable toilet is to be used, the door to the corridor that leads off to the toilets will be propped open. Only 1 person can wait in that corridor. Students and parents are not to come into the hall until the Instructor says it's OK to do so. Students and parents are asked not to wait , or congregate at the entry / exit of the hall. If you wish to chat or the hall isn't open yet, then take it out onto the footpath please. Instructors, Team Leaders, and Black Belts ARE expected to help out with these requirements. As this will be our first night back since mid March and I have no idea how many will turn up, can we please be patient while I manage the numbers game. Martial Arts Classes have been shut down due to not following these rules. For those who will be coming on Thursday evening where we have 2 classes I will talk to you about that tomorrow night for those who are there, and write another post for those who are not. New students are always welcome but please take into count that we have a number limit, We will do our best to accommodate you. Please like this post so I know you have seen it. Hope to see you there Bujangnim Tim Jopson

07.01.2022 Hi All, There will not be any training over the Easter Holiday's. Hope you all have a good Easter and see you next term.Hi All, There will not be any training over the Easter Holiday's. Hope you all have a good Easter and see you next term.

05.01.2022 A few notes for parents trying to get online and print out grading forms. If you have more then one child registered you need to use their membership number as their username..... best just to use it anyway, not the email address. A draw back of the software used to run the page is each entry has to have a unique email address, so yep yep yep, you guessed it we made them up. If you are having issues then please " log a support ticket" that will get the issue sorted out in the... quickest time, I will only pass it on. If you are unable to get the issue sorted by Thursday I will have blank forms with me to fill out. All students from 10th Grade ( white belt - new students ) up to and including Black belts should attend whether you are grading or not! Grand Master Frost is a fountain of knowledge and there is always something to be learnt. Grading starts at 5pm so if you turn up at 5pm your late! If you cannot get there at 5pm let me know.... its no big deal if you do that! I am sorry for the issues we are having, it has been such a whirlwind this year as as most of you would agree and I hope the dust settles soon so we can get some normality back into our lives. Just so we do have some normality, the Saturday night before our grading we normally have a BBQ at my place..... well our grading was supposed to be on Sunday so this Saturday night the usual BBQ will be on. See me in class for more details. We were out camping a few weekends ago and we cut some firewood so we could have our fire..... so fire will be going, mats out in the shed, BBQ going and fun to be had. Bujangnim Tim Jopson PS, if you give me the thumbs up to this post ( like all the others ) then I know you have seen it. Thanks

01.01.2022 All Tournament forms (and money) must be handed back to your Instructor for approval to participate.
