03.01.2022 ARTIST SHOWCASE: JOSEPH BROWN Joseph Brown has done the rounds in the music scene for the past 5 years on the Gold Coast. Starting of busking, he grew his foundation with a sturdy sense of what it truly means to entertain. Joseph is well known for putting his signature twist on multiple genres incorporating songs we all know and love whilst also adding his own compositions, bringing a dynamic vibe to each performance.... Q. One of my all time favourite songs. Waiting in vain by Bob Marley. Q. Current favourite song to perform? I have 2, wonderwall remix into colt 45 to literally give some vibes to the long requested wonderwall. The other is a reggae medly of all the reggae songs into one. Q. Most inspiring musician/artist? Well bob marley for old school, because bob marley just pumped out so many amazing and touching songs, and i love Ben Harper. Q. Favourite venue to perform?. Granddad jacks is such an awesome vibe and they love originals. Also the bundall markets, and the beach cafe because of their ocean views and good vibes. I wouldn’t say it’s my favourite but definitely one of the most interesting places that gives me a story to tell every gig is burleigh hotel.
