With the school holidays coming up soon and the holiday season, please ensure that you provide ample time to book in your shuttle service as we have only limited time slots left in the months of December 2019 and January 2020. We apologize in advance if we are unable to book you in due to previous bookings... Also note: Due to high volume of travelers during these holidays, we recommend to be at the international airport at least 3hrs before departure ti...me and 90 minutes before your domestic departure time. And with the traffic, also allow 60-90 minutes travel time on top. Remember, book in as early as possible to avoid disappointments. Thank you and have a safe holiday season to us all!!!

Rest assured, we keep our van hygienic to the best of our ability by using Glen-20 spray on all surfaces between trips, as well as using Anti-Bacterial wipes to clean the interior of the van and Mannix is using hospital grade hand sanitizer to keep his hands clean. 07.01.2022 Please be advised: Due to multiple instances of clients not showing up at the airport for their arrival bookings, we will now impose a 50% deposit for ALL confirmed ARRIVAL bookings, payable once the booking is confirmed. We also ask arriving passengers to provide a copy of your arrival itinerary so the date and time cannot be confused due to time and date differences, and so we can monitor the arrival in case it may be running late or early, and does not affect other boo...kings on the day. We make every effort to be on time for your pickup on departure and arrival bookings. In the times that we wait for your arrival booking and the passengers fail to show, for one reason or another, unless it was some sort of medical emergency that an ambulance picked you up instead, your deposit will be forfeited. If the cancellation was done 24 hours prior to the confirmed booking, we will refund the deposit made. This can be done via SMS, email or FB messenger. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. But please also consider the time, effort and loss of business from our end. We may have declined other bookings to book the arrival, only for the passenger not to show, with no response on contact attempts or a courtesy text to cancel the service. This has happened to us numerous times recently, so we needed to implement this policy now. Please review our site terms for more information about our policies.
