Caleb was most recently Chief Supply Chain Officer at Kathmandu and brings over 20 years of supply chain and retail experience to TM Insight. 24.01.2022 Congratulations to our client MaxiTRANS for reaching practical completion on their 14,500 sqm manufacturing facility in Brisbane. The new manufacturing facility includes specialised features such as paint booths, blast booths, wash bays and an extensive monorail crane network through the facility for the production of semi/B Double trailers. The site also includes MaxiTrans’ new QLD head office. TM Insight proudly managed the scope, procurement, design, and delivery of the development on behalf of our client MaxiTrans alongside Fife Capital and De Luca Corporation.

20.01.2022 Our client LF Logistics has secured an additional 9,700 sqm development adjoining their recently completed 13,000 sqm purpose-built facility in Marsden Park, NSW. The additional development is for the storage and distribution of LF Logistics’ growing e-commerce customers. LF Logistics partnered with our team to procure the new facility and will now act as the project manager on behalf of LF Logistics. ... The occupation of both facilities will enable LF Logistics to build a logistics hub that accommodates their existing and future clients’ needs, Jack Moroney, Director at TM Insight said in MHD Supply Chain News. We look forward to delivering the facility alongside LOGOS Group.

16.01.2022 This week our CEO Travis Erridge was interviewed by Lawrence Christoffelsz on Import Export TV about the changes in consumer behaviours and what it means for supply chains. Travis spoke to how consumer behaviour has turned digital, with laggards now becoming leaders in ecommerce adoption. With this acceleration comes the need to radically change supply chains from lean to flexible and high-speed operations to match consumer demand. 14.01.2022 New Zealand Post has committed to a new 33,700 sqm automated processing centre in Auckland to support the acceleration of ecommerce sales in New Zealand, which almost doubled in April. New Zealand Post partnered with the team at XAct Solutions, backed by TM Insight, to design and procure this new facility. Director of Property, Andrew Maher, secured a 20-year lease for New Zealand Post at LOGOS Group Wiri Logistics Estate.... Project Director Adam Demetriou will now manage the delivery of the development on behalf of New Zealand Post and alongside LOGOS. We look forward to delivering the finished product for New Zealand Post in 2023.

14.01.2022 Linfox’s new 26,000 square-metre Queensland home in Brisbane is now fully operational, marking a new era for the company in the Sunshine State. This new super-site includes Linfox’s new Queensland head office, a multi-temperature distribution centre, modern fleet workshop operations, container hardstand, truck wash and fuelling facilities, significantly increasing Linfox’s capabilities in Queensland. Leading the way in sustainability, the site has achieved a 5 Star Green Sta...r Design rating and will feature a 750-kilowatt solar installation, water harvesting system and capability for future electric vehicle charging, which will reduce Linfox’s carbon footprint and operating costs. We are proud to have managed the scoping, procurement, design and delivery of this site right through to full operational capability on behalf of our client Linfox and alongside CIP Constructions .

11.01.2022 A huge congratulations to our client DuluxGroup for reaching practical completion of their new 17,000 sqm distribution centre (DC) in WA. This newly built DC features significant levels of racked storage, a mix of recessed loading docks and on-grade roller doors and a cross-docking facility to enable efficiency of storage, handling, and distribution of multiple brands. This facility also includes DuluxGroup’s new state office. When the facility was reaching practical completi...on, Zoom calls were taken to the next level. The builder Richmond took our Project Manager Jack Nagle and Project Director Nick Ingleby (who are located in lockdown Melbourne) on a virtual walkthrough. We are proud to see our team adapting and deliver the finished product on behalf of our client DuluxGroup and alongside Richmond.

11.01.2022 Last Sunday, TM Insight Connor’s Run team laced up their runners for Connor’s Run to raise much needed funds for paediatric brain cancer, which is sadly still the number one disease killer of young people. Our incredible Sydney team ran 20km and our Melbourne team (who are still in lockdown) ran 10km, with some of our team members running over 50km throughout the month. The run is hosted by the @Robert Connor Dawes (RCD) Foundation, which raises funds for Research, Care and D...evelopment in paediatric brain cancer. The foundation is in honour of 18 year old Connor Dawes who passed away in 2013 from a brain tumour. A huge congratulations to RCD Foundation who have raised over $1.1 MILLION this year! Also, thank you to the generous donations on TM Insight's fundraising page, we have now raised over $12,000. Our donation page below is still active if you want to help us change the lives of kids with brain tumours. Thank you!

07.01.2022 Congratulations to our client ACFS Port Logistics (ACFS) for reaching practical completion of their impressive transport and logistics facility in Altona. The grand site features a 25,000sqm warehouse and a massive 37,000sqm container rated hardstand for containers stacked 5 high. ACFS is the largest privately owned container transport logistics supplier in the country and handles about 850,000+ TEU fully loaded containers annually.... ACFS partnered with TM Insight on the operational design and procurement of the new facility. We are proud to have now also project managed the delivery of the build alongside Hansen Yuncken and Salta Properties.

04.01.2022 Leading specialist distribution group, Bunzl Australasia, has committed to a new purpose-built 10,000 sqm distribution centre at Adelaide Airport with developer Ascot Capital. The team at XAct Solutions, now backed by TM Insight, designed and procured this new facility, which will consolidate Bunzl Australasia’s operations across South Australia into a leading-edge facility. Andrew Maher secured a 8-year lease for Bunzl Australasia with Ascot Capital. Adam Demetriou will now... project manage the build on behalf of the client. The team at XAct Solutions look forward to delivering this new distribution centre, which will be the third facility XAct Solutions has designed, procured and delivered for Bunzl Australasia.

04.01.2022 Meet TM Insight’s newly promoted Associate Director Max Reynolds, who brings over 15 years of experience in supply chain. Max is an expert in supply chain network analysis and optimisation, distribution centre solution design and 3PL operational strategies. He has worked with an impressive list of companies across the UK, Australia and New Zealand including British Airways, Marks & Spencer, Coles, Kmart, Unilever and Officeworks. Prior to TM Insight, Max started his career at... a 3PL in the UK, before moving to Toll Group in Melbourne as a Senior Manager in Intralogistics Solution Design. His roles ranged from commercial and operational analytics through to strategy development and solution design across ANZ. Max is a big adventure seeker. He has trekked in the Himalayas, kite surfed with turtles in Fiji and did a 7-week road trip from London to Mongolia to raise money for charity. His latest adventure comes in a different form with the arrival of his first child back in March!
