19.01.2022 This beautiful lounge room started out life as a plain room, tiled floors and 2m shorter. The client wanted this amazing fire place and surround built exactly how she had drawn it, without it making the lounge room any smaller. So we extended the lounge and created exactly what she had designed. Sandstone surrounded fire place with a cantilevered step. Merbau surrounded firewood storage with recessed glass shelving. This also hides a secret door behind the firewood stack to allow it to be stacked from behind. What ever your dream, we can make it happen. We love outside the box thinking and take pride in creating your one off design.

14.01.2022 A rotten and delaminating retaining wall that we replaced. We replaced and upgraded the entire structure including a underground hydraulic ventilation system that should have been installed originally. Retaining walls should be built to last, and that exactly how we build them.

11.01.2022 It was all hands on deck today both inside and out to kick off the renovation of a young family’s house in Ashmore. Outside we have a new slab going down for the extension to the rear of the house. Inside we have all fitting and floor coverings being removed ready for a complete Asbesdos removal starting next week. This family home will be brand new and all ready for many years of enjoyment once we’re finished with it.

Any cowboy or handyman can throw down some timber and say they built a deck, but this is the quality of finish that TML provides on time, every time. 08.01.2022 New owners of this house wanted a large deck to suit the size of their family. They also wanted an insulated roofing system, raised ceilings under the patio and for the deck all to be done with secret fastenings and have a picture framed boarder. The wider boards and the secret fastening system really makes this deck stand out from the rest
