21.01.2022 Stress fractures are usually caused by overuse or repetitive activity, and often occur when people make sudden changes, like taking up running or increasing the intensity of their workout. The most common area for stress fractures are the metatarsal bones in the foot as they absorb so much repetitive force during walking and running. In a difficult year it was really nice to be able to get together and reflect on what we are grateful for.
