24.01.2022 Check it out!! My awesome coding superstars!! 4 young Cairns kids, taught to code by Coding4Kids, teamed up with local digital champion and JCU IT lecturer Jason Holdsworth to release the lite version of their very first app. That’s right... kids can code! Good work guys!

22.01.2022 Why should the kids have all the fun?? Coding4Kids still gets requests from parents and grandparents wanting to learn what the kids are learning. It has been a long time coming but Coding4Kids is just about ready to open up a new program tailored for adults - Coding4BigKids.... 19.01.2022 CODING KIDS: School hasn't quite resumed for 2018, but a group of students chose to spend their holidays, learning the basics of coding. Children with a knack for IT are being given the opportunity to build and code their own games, at a workshop in Cairns.

17.01.2022 I’d like to introduce 2 rising young stars! Jasmin (grade 5) is creating an app to make it easier for people to plot cassowary sightings in an effort to promote cassowary awareness and safety. Riley (grade 5) is making an app to make it easier for the tableland community to learn how to recycle. Coding4Kids proudly supports these 2 exceptional young Malanda Primary students in their journey and is very excited to be working with you both. Let’s get coding!!

11.01.2022 In fielding requests for the next school holiday workshop it came to my attention that Coding4Kids... ...is almost 1 YEAR OLD!! Obviously, this next workshop has to be something special. ... But i'll look awfully silly celebrating on my own. 09.01.2022 My awesome 5yo niece had her very first Arduino coding experience in helping to build the prototype for this next event. She also watched auntie Jess unlock her computer and refuses to wipe the password from her memory... eeeek!

04.01.2022 A challenge for the kids! I'm chillin' (literally) here in the South Aussie climate over Christmas and when I saw my grandparents' Christmas lights I simply had to post this challenge to the kids who attended the 2017 Christmas Arduino workshops this week.
