I am working on a visit for Benjamin Degenhardt down the track but before then there is something very special in the works, i’ll announce once the ink has dried on the paper work! I'm curious how you are feeling about face to face workshops and in a post-2020 world ... would you like to see face to face professional development workshops structured differently? The Pilates method addresses the body in its entiretynot one part is highlighted, isolated, nor ignored. This workshop focuses on some of the smaller pieces of apparatus that were invented to help integrate movement into a full-bodied experiencesuch as the Magic Circle, Neck Stretcher, and Foot Corrector. You will learn about the hierarchy of the different inventions and how to bring these concepts into your teaching (even in the absence of the specialized apparatus).
