Be still 10 min each day (mindful breathing) Find joy, laughter, happiness 1 hour each week... Chill out 1 day per month Live life 1 long weekend each quarter Xx start planning your recharge!!

20.01.2022 Last week I spent an amazing week in LA. meeting up with some amazing, inspiring women! In these days of online communications it's easy to forget the true connection you can make by being in physical space with others. If you can, find a way to connect up each week with someone who "gets" you. And who reminds you just by being together that you are a gift, and an inspiration to others... even when it doesn't feel like it yourself.

12.01.2022 What are your plans for the next three months? Although we can plan at anytime, it does feel "cleaner" to set your goals and track progress for a defined period like a quarter. It's also a good timeframe to use for creating the habits and routines that will set you up for success. 90 days is understood to be the timeframe for embedding a new habit or really learning a new skill. ... Start small and repeat everyday. Miss a day? Never mind, just start again the next day. Don't let it be an excuse for not achieving the change you want. Our biggest barriers to change are ourselves. I'm going to block in 10 min stretching 3 times a day right now - for the rest of this quarter. Hold me to account! What micro change are you going to commit to making everyday to become your future self?

12.01.2022 It's "easy" to get in the habit of continually pushing yourself... and not giving yourself the time and space just to "be". And yet, that's where our creative genius lives, our regeneration happens, our potential for beauty awakens, and the endless possibilities exist. Is our purpose to be forever "busy" or to slow down, breathe, and discover possibility... which path will bring you greater joy?
