23.01.2022 This renovation has been featured in Habitus magazine (#14) and also UK Elle Decoration magazine (Feb 2012). The renovation of this freestanding Victorian styl...e home included a second storey addition, rear extension and alteration. The internal space was transformed by the contemporary layout and the industrial / Scandinavian influenced design. From the sunken concrete living room to the loft style master bedroom with a mezzanine retreat, to the minimalist modern kitchen, the central void, light well and triple height windows flood natural light throughout. This was an immaculately designed home, which TMT was proud to bring to life.

The apartment features clever details to create a luxurious modern beachside abode.

21.01.2022 Designed by the owner/architect Dylan Gower from dCONSTRUCT architects, this semi-detached house was converted into two, two-storey apartments. Crisp modern fin...ishes throughout the interior with specific timber features, created warmth. The project also had some highly original and distinguishing details such as the timber balcony, custom-made sliding doors and the twisted skillion roof.

03.01.2022 This home’s 1980’s renovation was rescued from poor quality, and poor design. TMT Building Services demolished most of the single-storey house, leaving only the... two front bedrooms. With the remaining ground floor now open plan; the space is instantly modernized and showcases Swedish influences. The new second storey addition includes three bedrooms (the master with en-suite), a bathroom, and balcony. TMT carpenters constructed the hardwood staircase, floors, polished concrete and fireplace joinery all on-site. The house works flawlessly as a modern family home.
