22.01.2022 Can people wear masks while exercising during COVID-19? People should NOT wear masks when exercising as masks may reduce the ability to breathe comfortably.

07.01.2022 As announced today by the Victorian Government: Stage 3 restrictions will take effect in Regional Vic from Thursday 6 August. Regretfully this means the gym will be closing again from Thursday for 6 weeks. See you all on Tuesday night for our last training session for a while!!

04.01.2022 As of Monday 3 August 2020 the gym will still be open and masks are optional but not mandatory. The general health advice states that masks are not required: "When the individual is doing any exercise or physical activity where they are out of breath or puffing; examples include jogging or running but not walking. You must carry a face covering on you and wear it when you finish exercising"

02.01.2022 The gym will be re-opening on Tuesday 23rd June at 5.15pm in line with the relaxation of Victorian government restrictions regarding Covid-19. Please bring your own towel, drink bottle and boxing gloves to avoid the sharing of any equipment and personal items. Face masks are optional but you must bring your own. Hand sanitizer as well as soap and water will be provided to all patrons. Equipment will be wiped down regularly to prevent the spread of bodily fluids. Please DO N...OT come if you are feeling unwell or have any cold and flu symptoms. We will be limiting the number of people in the gym to 10 at a time to comply with social distancing requirements. Just a reminder we are open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5.15pm onwards. If you have any questions feel free to message us. Looking forward to seeing you all again.
