22.01.2022 Sometimes you just have to get uncomfortable! How can I expect my clients to get uncomfortable if I am not prepared to step outside my comfort zone. On the weekend I ran my first bootcamp and for me it is completely outside my comfort zone. I struggle in groups and it is something that I have to consciously work on to improve.... It is only when we push ourselves and get a little uncomfortable that we grow and with time the uncomfortable becomes a little more comfortable.

18.01.2022 If you aren’t happy with where you are headed you are going to have to make changes. It could be your health, wealth, relationships, or anything else but if you aren’t prepared to change or make changes you are going to end up with what you have always got. Change isn’t always easy and most of the time it is uncomfortable but if you want something different you are going to have to do something different.... When the going gets tough, temptations cross your path, and other distractions & challenges come up, because they will, have someone on your side who will encourage and support you and you can be accountable to.

16.01.2022 Welcome Mitchell to the THINK Family! Mitchell has been part of the family now for a couple of weeks. Mitchell has a goal to drop a couple of kilos but more importantly wants to feel better and improve his relationship and become more consistent with food an exercise. What impresses me about Mitchell is that he knows there are going to be ups and downs. He is prepared to put in the work, follow and trust the process and when things get a little tough he knows that having su...pport and guidance is going to help him achieve his goals. Most of us want a different result but if our thinking doesn’t change & grow it will be hard to develop and stick to those habits that are going to help you become successful.
