15.01.2022 Funny story from a PT session tonight: So at the start of today’s session, Anthony asked me to take some really ugly pictures of him struggling in the session.. I was confused and asked why and he said, ‘My partner is doing a workout and she’s feeling a bit shit and miserable about it, so I thought why not get you to take some ugly pics of me in the gym, that way she can look at them and have a laugh and be more comfortable while she’s working out.’... Moral of the story: in shit times like this, sometimes you gotta have a laugh and not take yourself so seriously. You never know the effect a smile or even a little joke like this can have on someone.
