23.01.2022 Attempted break in at True Nature Therapies last night sometime. Luckily they didn't get in but even so I have had to cancel my clients booked in today as I await Police and Glass replacer. Feeling sad.

20.01.2022 My first attempt at Kombucha went mouldy and I had to throw it out and start afresh. Not sure what went wrong...but my second batch is perfect. I enjoyed a small bottle of it at lunch time today. Do you make Kombucha?
