23.01.2022 Hey friends, this week I’ve been disappointed too many times. I’ve learnt that sometimes I need to be MORE CLEAR with my expectations and maybe NOT so nice all the time! Big lesson hey! Nonetheless, I would be devastated if any of our fans were ever disappointed with our TOAST team. IF ... and I say if because we’re pretty great at what we do (if I do say so myself) ... if we ever DO disappoint you - I want to know!! Service is getting it right the first time, and if you miss, getting it right the second time. No third time lucky!
